Acer 5 515-52K laptop not worked

If you select a Colon in the box that comes up when saving data typed in Microsoft word and save it, a box called delete folder will open, Are you sure you want to move this folder to Recycle Bin?  Asks.  Then if you give ‘No’, the box will not come back.  All this happened after Acer Laptop technician Prasad came to my house on 06.11.20 and installed a new keyboard on my laptop to replace the old one that had been repaired.  So, I ask you to take my laptop and give me a new laptop.
Moreover, from 16.12.20 onwards, when typing in Microsoft Word or any other place in Laptop, the star icon keeps coming up as you type even after typing a character.  Press the Backspace and Delete button and the star icon will continue to run as you type.  This has been the case since 16.12.20 after Acer technician  Prasad Trichy replaced the keyboard of my Acer laptop that was repaired on 06.11.20.  I have attached its video footage herewith.  So I could not use my laptop.  So I ask you to take my laptop and send me a new laptop early.

This is a community support forum and the people you are talking to are other users, not Acer Support. It sounds like you should be talking with Acer instead of here. Your video didn't attach to the message, so I can't really tell what's going on with Word. Which version of Word do you have?
