I dropped my acer 311 spin and after I tried to call my girlfriend on snapchat but the mic wasn't working plus I still have school to do and I need it for online classes and anything else involving video calls can I access the internal mic and check what's wrong with it at all?

Which Spin 311 do you have? Should be something like CP311-xxx-xxxx. Typically the mic and camera are part of the same module mounted just above the screen. and the module isn't very repairable by itself, it's easier to replace. But you might have just pulled a cable loose... Does the camera work?
