Aspire 5 Slim 515 won’t turn on or charge.

I just got this laptop today and plugged it in and turned it on. Then alexa started talking so i shut the screen. Now it won’t power on or charge. I already tried reseting the battery. Nothing works. Not too happy on christmas! So, acer help me out! We are tempted to return the device.

    Did you try keeping the power button pressed for 30 seconds? Try a different electricity outlet too

    Did you try keeping the power button pressed for 30 seconds? Try a different electricity outlet too

    Shoot, that didn’t work i accidentally pushed yes!
