I've got the Helios 300 and lately I've been noticing the wireless acting up when I'm too far away from my router which is downstairs across the house. Stuff will take forever to load and videos streams will play very poorly until get closer. My work computer however will work perfectly fine in the same spots so i know its just this computer. I am wondering what kind of wireless cards are compatible so i can see if this makes a difference.

Thanks in advance

Your alternative to your G3-571 OEM WiFi/BT card the Intel® Wireless/BT-AC 9560 M.2 2230, M.2 1216 (CNVio) that has  MU-MIMO/Intel vPro® Technology is to upgrade to the Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX200 or AX201 M.2 2230, M.2 1216 (CNVio2) with MU-MIMO/Intel vPro® Technology/ OFDMA (cost US $10.00 - $17.00) that has additional technologies and is a better card (for your problem) as the WiFi 6 technology with the 1024QAM and 160MHz channels can deliver 3x higher peak data rates and up to 4x capacity in dense and congested environments comparing to a 802.11ac card.

I must warn you though (but it could not necessarily apply to the G3-571 M.2 slot?) as there are some problems regarding certain laptop(s)/motherboard(s) NOT supporting the AX200 or AX201 modules in their CNVio2 - enabled M.2 connector.
