    Hello Community,

I have read a couple of threads on this topic but i cant get my M.2 Drive to work.
So far i have tried 2 different drives. The one pictured ( Kingston A2000 250GB) and an Netac N930E Pro NVMe 128GB.
I have a SF114-32-P6W9 with the BIOS updated to the most recent version. Passwort is set.

Is it even possible to add an M.2 Drive in my Device?
As seen in the pics, i dont have the option to activate a second  SATA-Port. Is this option only available if the Drive is supported?

    Thanks for the answer.
I have an 64GB eMMC. Does that mean i cant use the M.2 Slot at all?
Or should i try an SATA M.2 Drive since the two i tested were NVMe?

Try the SATA M.2 SSD instead of an NVMe.

Yes NVMe appears to be enabled only on models that come with an NVMe drive as standard. The 64GB models that use eMMC are among those that don't support NVMe even though they have an m.2 port.

It might be that they are cost saving on the cheaper model by omitting the NVMe controller or maybe it's that the eMMC somehow takes resources that would otherwise have been needed for an NVMe device.
  • The version seems to add support for nvme, see:

But it will depend on the version of the main board.
