Question about graphic card- Model is gtx 1060, Laptop is G3-571

This error occurred after I reinstalled my system because Forza horizon 4 isn't working for me on win 2004. So, I decided to reinstall my system to 1903 and the error occurs.

I can't play monster hunter anymore as I can play before reinstall the system. It will pop up err12 directly once I open the game which mean graphic device failed.
I can't play ghostrunner. I could open it but when loading into the game it will crash and show d3d device failed bla bla something. Obviously is also graphic card problem.
I can't run 3d mark benchmark test as it will fail every time I run no matter timespy or firestrike.
Forza horizon still can't be played.

Here are the things that I tried after I notice the problem

I tried to uninstall the Nvidia driver by using DDU under safe mode and tested around 10 different versions but didn't help anything.
I tried to reinstall the system again. I downloaded the 1909 version and installed it. After completing the window installation, I downloaded all drivers from Acer support for my model and installed every driver I could get. After I install all the drivers, I could open monster hunter world but eventually after the game let me accept the policy, It will crash eventually. 3d mark still fails to run.
I updated my bios to the latest edition and tried to downgrade it to 1.12 if no mistaken which is vbios update but still didn't help.
I also tested different kinds of version on new window but still can't.
Try to get latest window version which is 20h2 is also useless.

I am done with what I have done and I noticed some fun things.

After install latest nvida driver which is 460.xx something, minecraft can't even use my graphic card and monster hunter will directly pop up error again as I could open the game with older edition although it will crash eventually.
After install the latest version of driver, I can't downgrade it even though using restore point that I created before.

I have tried everything that I could do. Any help or any replies will be appreciated! Thank you!

Nope, all working fine, I can even use furmark to test my gpu.

If the problem occurred after reinstalling windows, what happens when you reinstall windows again, but delete all partitions until you are left with UNALLOCATED SPACE.

I tried also, I reformatted every disk and partitions that I could.

I just found something more interesting, predator sense can't see my gpu but task manager can. Maybe something wrong?

Check if the problem still occurs. Then, check if there is an error in the windows event viewer.

Try download driver from both intel and nvidia from their sites. Pay attention to download the laptop driver from nvidia, easy to mistake between laptop and desktop from their site.

I have a very similar model, and last time I installed drivers was when I clean installed 1809, when I download both drivers directly from intel and nvidia sites, the rest using acer or windows update. I let my laptop upgrade for 1909 and it kept all the drivers working correctly for my surprise, so there is probably no big difference in drivers between these latest windows versions.

I am sure that I downloaded laptop's driver. I tried also using nvidia driver after installation of new windows but useless also.

I found that after the crash a lot of services has the same problem which noted connection could not be established and has one error in Windows system file. Quite weird
