ACER NITRO5 CPU FAN KEEP HAVING PROBLEMS

My CPU fan kept on having problems such as stop spinning and getting clogged, also now its making rattling noises and spinning at 170 RPM. the first time i took it to the Acer Service Center the guy said it was just dust clogging it. Now its happening again, but i dont understand how its only the CPU fan thats getting clogged by dust. i mean, by the looks of it, the GPU fan also has the same amount of dust covering it, and its spinning just fine at max 6122 RPM. Now i dont know what to do with the CPU Fan. Its not clogged tho its just making rattling noises and not spinning at full speed. i tried poking it with a needle but still, its just rattling like RATTATA RATATAT RATATA RATATA and spinning at 170 RPM. i think theres something wrong with it, should i change the fan or just spray it with compressed air with the hopes of getting the thing thats making it rattling to get out of there

I’ve got the exact same problem except it’s the gpu fan that’s having issues. Did you find any fix???
