Plz Advice which device is suitable?

Good day, Please advice as to which device is best suitable. I'm looking for a device that is required by the school for my child. the school uses these device for robotics and kids gets online textbooks. I will attach the specifications the school sent to us. in addition they are saying the device must be a 2 in 1. if possible the device must be around 10 inch but if not that won't be a train smash. reason being that the kids desks are not that big and these are for grade 4 kids.

There is also the Spin 1 models, they are a little smaller...

Have a look at the Acer Spin 3 or 5 Convertible Laptop, 13.5" and see which one you can afford. These 2 in 1ones have all the specs that you need for your child.
