Status of my chromebook 15 repair is "suspended"

I submitted a service request for my Acer Chromebook 15 on the Acer website.  When I returned the next day to check the status, it says the status is "suspended", and "your repair request cannot move forward".  I haven't been contacted by Acer support in connection with my service request.  So, my question is:  What do I do now?  My Acer Chromebook 15 is out of warranty, and it will not charge or turn on.  The screen is black.  Any suggestions?

    You can try to contact Acer support directly. So that they can try to do something in regards to your laptop.

    Hope it will help you in some way.

    That status usually means they have asked you a question and are waiting for an answer. Have you checked in your spam folder to make sure their message didn't get caught?
