Turkey ACER PROBLEM

Hello. I'm from Turkey. I've sent the Monitor to Acer service but Acer sends the product to the distributor. They admitted the product was defective. They said the product is out of stock. They want to make a refund, but I want an exchange. Can you help me?

    Not directly, we are just community members, not Acer support, and especially not Acer support in Turkey. Things have been weird all year with shipping delayed in almost all areas around the world. Many of the service centers have been short of parts due to the slow deliveries. Try again contacting them and try for an escalation to a supervisor...
