    If there is still interest about this topic let me tell you my experience.
    I just finished this upgrade on my V3-571G using the following parts:
    1. ACER LCD BRACKET R&L FHD (33.RZGN2.001) - absolutely required, I'm pretty sure you cannot do this without them;
    2. ACER CABLE EDP FHD (50.RZGN2.002) - absolutely required, I used this part, I don't know if the other one works.
    3. NEW FULL-HD PANEL. I used a panel for a DELL from my local laptop parts supplier. As far as I can tell any FHD panel with a 30 pin eDp connector and brackets on the upper and lower edges will work. Please research this. For me it worked but I do not guarantee it for everyone.
    4. The back display cover is optional as the HD and FHD covers are identical in form but the HD cover is missing 2 nuts on the low edge to screw in the display. I added the two nuts in the preformed holes by heating the nuts with a soldering iron and pushing them into the plastic. Check the photos attached.
    The upgrade worked for me. Everything was plug-and-play, no drivers requires or other settings. The display was recognized and the resolution and scaling were adjusted automatically and it's a real treat!
