New computer wont start up PH315-53-72XD

Hello everyone! A few days ago, I bought a brand new Acer Predator Helios 300 PH315-53-72XD off Amazon. Once I received it, I proceeded to unbox it and follow the setup instructions. I plugged in my charger and pressed the power button. When it turned on, after the Predator logo, it showed a "Your PC did not start correctly" problem. I literally didn't even set up windows yet and it already has a problem. I don't know what the problem is and I am not sure what to do. In advanced options, I can reinstall windows but I think I will lose all the Predator software and configurations that this computer comes with. And what if the problem is deeper than that?
