Why am i getting lower fps in the acer predator helios 300 2019 model( gtx 1660 ti 16 gb ram i7 9th)

On rainbow six i am getting almoast the same fps than in ultra, and in fortnite on los settings i get 90-120 fps. I saw videos that it runned much smoother. I updated my drivers recently and i dont know if my windows is optimized. My temps on home screen are 86 cpu and 72-75 gpu and in all games without turbo i always have 92 cpu and 84 gpu. It May be that i need to clean my vents or something. And in fornite fps drop a lot like lowest 40 fps highest 110.

    And while playing i checked my task manager to see my cpu and gpu use percentage. The cpu% was 70% and for some reason my integrated gpu from the cpu was 40% and my gtx 1660 ti was 10%. I tested all ultra ok fortnite and got 70 fps and it was really bad it went from 20-50-70 fps, it wasnt stable. I dont know how to specifically put my gtx on the game. And maybe my temps arent ideal.
