What ram to choose???? aspire 5 515-51g

My laptop is acer aspire 5 515-51g 
It had 4gb ram soldered on motherboard
And one ram slot with 2gb 
And I want to upgrade the memory the pre-installed 2gb one is 2400mhz and cl17 
So my question is can I use ram of different set like 2666mhz and cl7 or 2400mhz and cl19 
And will it affect the dual channel and the overall performance

 it's kinda hard to buy ram with that set of pre-installed spec in 16gb

I would upgrade the RAM to a 1x stick of 16GB-DDR4-2400 SODIMM into its 1x slot for a total of 20GB so that its as close to the onboard soldered 4GB spec, you  wont get any additional boost in speed with putting a higher spec ram (that is why the OEM is 2GB is DDR4-2400) as higher speeds or gaming ram won't even work. match all your ram, that is the rule of thumb! Both RAM's have to be of equal speeds and timing, if you mix them like; 1x 2400 stick with 1x 2666 stick your ram speed will always run at the lowest speed of 2400, don't waist your money.

I see

So if I use higer mhz ram it won't make any difference
Unfortunately it's hard to find a 16 gigs ram with cas latency of 17 here

The one I found was this

Which is a bit cheaper here and is better as it has cas latency of 14

So is it okay if I use cl 14 ram instead of cl 17 
Like no issues and stuff in day to day scenario and I can buy the hyperx one

Or should I just go for the crucial one only

And by here I mean India
