Battery issues. Acer nitro 5

Acer nitro 5 as said by acer there's no battery capacity for 10 hours... Obviously it is known that the amount of hours said by company won't be true... But as of a gaming laptop when asked from customer care it is said that around 7 hours on screen time would come.. But the battery only comes around 2 hours.. When it is said as a complaint to change the battery or replace the system there's no proper response for that.. I am much dissatisfied with the acer.

7 hours is when used under ideal conditions. My laptop gives me 5-6 hours non gaming; 1-2 hours gaming. The other Nitro gives about 6 hours on battery, non gaming, non CPU intensive tasks.
If you want to play a heavy game and still expect 7 hours, it would be a wonder if that actually happened.
