Acer Predator Triton 300 won't start

I bought my laptop about 3 weeks ago and it's been working fine until today. Now when I press the power button the blue light turns on, the screen powers on (but doesn't display anything), then after 3-4 seconds the blue light turns off and a few seconds later the screen turns off.

I have tried holding the power button down for 30 seconds and pressing it again to start. No change. I have also tried unplugging from the mains power. No change. The orange light illuminates to show it's charging (or goes blue to show full charge after a while) but I still can't start it.

I've seen advice online about using a pin to do a battery reset but I don't seem to have this on my laptop casing. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks

Do you get anything if you use an external display?

No, just tried plugging it into an HDMI but it isn't sending out a signal

Quick look at your manual looks as if there isn't one, it may be under the cover. If there's nothing on the display and your not even getting the UEFI it may be a support / send back jobby I'm afriad

Thanks for replying. I've raised a ticket with support as well - looking at other similar issues online it seems it's going to be something wrong with the connections/motherboard or something else inside. Not going to mess around with that until Support gets back to me though
