Hi
Been having WiFi issues lately, a reset of the router solved it for the particular session but it kept having 'No Internet'. Troubleshoot said I didn't have a valid IP address, so I tried to release/renew up address via cmd. Didn't work.

So far I've l:
-Uninstalled WiFi adapter as it should auto re install when I reboot. It hasn't.. Can't find it after scanning for hardware changes in device manager

-reset network settings a rebooted. Adapter still not visible

-ran cmd: netcfg -d to reset network settings.. Didn't work.

-downloaded killer WiFi adapter drivers from Acer to USB stick, didn't work..

Now I have a WiFi adapter that doesn't appear in network devices, and I can't get connected to WiFi as a result.

I'm wary about doing a recovery install of win 10 I have no idea if doing so will help get the WiFi adapter back up and running again... Other than that, I'm out of ideas..

The router itself is fine as all other devices connect perfectly. It's 100% an issue with my laptop

Any help would be massively appreciated

Thanks
