how to recover or download installation disc acer aspire xc-603g-uw13

Hi my wife was recently on our desktop (Acer Aspire xc-603g-uw13) and it started acting weird then all that shows on screen is 
(Recovery a required device isn't connected or can't be accessed.   Error code: 0xc0000178)
(need to use recovery tools, if don't have installation disc contact PC administrator or PC/Device manufacture)
I've tried several things but no luck
I would at least like to recover what files i had on desktop is that possible
I have a few cd's that I made for it long time ago but not working.
Discs are
-(acer drivers & applications backup)
  - (App drv 1)
    -(Repair disc windows 10 64 bit)

Get on a different system and download and create a Windows 10 64bit install flash drive. You can then boot from that and use the repair mode to get into a command prompt to recover whatever files you can. once you are sure you have them all you can either go through the repair process to try and get everything back or just do a clean install and then reinstall any apps you are missing.
