SF314-54: Windows 10 Audio Service Cannot Start - Error 1067

My Acer Swift 3's Windows 10 and all updates were reinstalled. The Audio Service cannot start, using the Service.msc application. Recent Acer audio driver was installed; I tried to update the Intel High Definition Service's driver with installed audio driver, but it didn't go through due to Error 1067. Any support, please?

    What model of Swift 3 do you have? It should be something like SF3xx-xxx-xxxx. Can you roll back the driver?

    This service cannot start due to Error 1067. So I cannot update the installed Acer audio driver for the Intel High Definition Audio Service device.

    Billsey: I reset the computer to Factory Setting. Sound comes back, but Closing the lid to sleep and then opening, it cannot wake. What a revision of System!

    So the sound issue was likely a bad or corrupted driver. When you did the reset was it a Windows Refresh, Windows Reset or the Acer Reset to factory? The first two may not have installed all the right drivers, which would normally show up in Device Manager.
