FPS drops dramatically to below 10 .after 5 mins , any fixes ?

Hey , i have been using Acer Nitro 5 AN515-52 since an year now , a lot of which has been gaming . Few days back my game suddenly started lagging and fps dropped to as low as 20 from the normal 80-100 . Since then i have not been able to play any game for more than 5 mins . It starts as normal (sometimes even above 200) but as the laptop gets worked up fps drops to 5 or 10 so i have to turn the game off . 
Maybe i think it is related to heating , could anything have gone wrong with my fan or could this be some software problem ?
If anyone has knowledge about this or has worked this out before then please help ..
( i have set the power management to high performance mode and default gpu as the nvdia 1050Ti , i even updated my windows and all the graphic drivers but the problem still remains)

 also temp reaches near 94 C on freezing .

its showing some problem with the GPU i guess .
