Suspect Hard drive issues? Acer Aspire E5-523-979H

Acer Aspire E5-523-979H Model Number N16Q3

Every once in a while the screen with come up like the picture attached at start up. Hard reset of the laptop and it starts up normally. Suspect the hard drive is going on it, can someone confirm this? Is there another check I can do to verify? I think the HD is a 1TB 2.5 inch SATA 5400RPM?

I'd suspect GPU drivers... but if you want to test the HDD try a software like Hard Disk Sentinel

Thanks Again JB! I was helping pout a friend with her laptop and updating the GPU drivers seem to clear up any issues. Hard Disk Sentinel showed no issues with the hard drive.
