Hi guys

I'd like to know what is the maximum ssd storage & RAM capacity my laptop will support.

Not the number of slots. There are 2 slots for ssd and one HDD bay.
Also I know that it supports PCIe M.2 NVMe SSDs

When I contacted Acer customer care they replied that maximum capacity supported is 512 GB ssd.
Also they told the maximum RAM capacity supported is 32GB.

I'm bit confused now as I already have 1.5 TB ssd storage (1 slot with 512 GB ssd and another one with 1TB ssd).
And when I contacted the crucial RAM manufacturing company they told that the maximum RAM supported is 64 GB.
We could also check that on their website too.

My lap specs are:

Acer Helios Predator PH315-53-72XD
i7-10750H
GeForce RTX™ 2060
16 GB RAM

Also I'd like to know if this ssd will be supported by the laptop?

Sabrent Rocket Q 8TB NVMe PCIe M.2 2280

Thanks

All GPT/UEFI BIOS (that you have in your PH315-53-72XD BIOS) can support more than 2TB drives like SATA HDD's or SSD's or M.2, its only the MBT/Legacy BIOS that does not support drives greater than 2TB. It doesn't matter if its a spinner HDD, SSD or M.2 drives, they are all the same. The "Sabrent Rocket Q 8TB NVMe PCIe M.2 2280 Internal SSD High Performance Solid State Drive R/W 3300/2900MB/s (SB-RKTQ-8TB)" will work just fine.
