Acer Predator GX-792 Battery drastic charge loss. Acer Care/Windows 10 Discrepency

I've replaced my battery twice at this point - and the second battery seems almost dead. This might not be excessive given the computer's age, but each time the battery has 'died' it's done so oddly.

So right now, the Acer Care Center is telling me that my battery is good:



But Windows is telling me, it's nearly dead:



I'm afraid that soon I won't even be able to use this system and I use it for work - but - then again, I'm not confident I know which assessment of the battery is true.

I ran the powercfg /batteryreport command in a terminal window and I attached the report in the pdf file.

I guess it seems like it's dead, but I hate how Acer Care Center tells me something completely different. My son has predator very similar to mine - same age - he has not needed to change the batter once yet. This will be my third. I'd like to know if there is a bug with Windows and my system/battery.
