I have a Acer Aspire 3 (A315-21-942R) with a power issue

Laptop was fine, running no problem then workers came in trying to fix A/C unit and flipped some breakers. Now when I try to turn it on using the power button nothing, I hit the Enter button and the light will turn on then beep then off. I’ve had a similar issue before with a different type of laptop and just needed to preform a power drain but with this model you can’t take the battery out there is a button on the bottom but it doesn’t seem to help I press and hold light on beep off. If I hold down the F1 button and press the power button it will turn on and run but once I let go of F1 it beeps and off it goes. If anyone can help me it would be very appreciated I’ve had this laptop for almost a year and exams are Monday

So I was right I needed to preform a power drain to fix the problem. Since the battery cannot be removed (weird button on the bottom not sure what it is even for 🤷‍♀️) to preform the drain I ran the laptop till he battery died then pressed and held the power button for 3+ seconds and then plugged in and started working no issues so far 👍
