Swift 3 Sf313 52 , problem with the display, or driver?

What could be the problem with the laptop screen? The image disappears randomly a few times a day. The tray (table) bar bounces, vibrates. Watch the linked video about it. The driver has been updated. It occurs on the second acer laptop, maybe not a hardware error.

    Does the background disappear like that, or is the black screen just what was supposed to be active right there? My first thought would be driver, but you've dealt with that. How often does it appear? Often enough that you could test in either safe mode or in the BIOS to try and pin it down to normal use in Windows?

    The image disappears, (not just a black background), only the table appears flickering. Doing it randomly, 2-10 times a day, hasn’t occurred in bios yet.

    incompatible driver issue or....loose or damaged wires especially hinge area...
