I have a Acer KBCR21 Keyboard hooked up to my custom built PC, I've checked the UEFI and the Windows Settings, I cannot find a way to change my function key lock! Someone please help, my keyboard does not have a FN Lock or a NumLock

Try pressing the FN+ESC toggle key combo to turn FN key on and off. The numlock key should be above the 7 key. Jack E/NJ

Tried it, Fn+Padlock just locks my computer, Fn+Settings just opens settings. I went into device manager and tried to switch the setting but it doesnt work either. I guess theres just no way to lock Fn on this keyboard

FN+ESC should toggle fnlock. The key above the 7 should toggle numlock. Jack E/NJ

Bro, are you straight-up [Content removed] ? He said "I've tried Esc and Fn but nothing changes", read the thread before you post. [Content removed] The correct answer is [Content removed] and this model of keyboard does not have function lock, because Acer is staffed by [Content removed] who think keys whose functions have been established for thirty years are less important than hotkeys which nobody in their right mind ever uses".

»»I've tried Esc and Fn but nothing changes

»>he literally says he tried that key combination

Sorry no, he tried Esc+Fn. Not Fn+Esc. The sequencing & timing of pressing hotkey combos are important. For example. sequentially pressing WIN+R yields one result. Pressing R+WIN yields a completely different result. And simultaneously (within a few milliseconds) pressing WIN+R yields yet another result. Keyboard hotkey operations are not commutative math operations.
