Bought Acer Aspire C24-963.
Keeps saying that Windows is not activated.
I cannot find th code that is apparently needed!

    Just make sure you are logged in with a Microsoft account and tell it to activate online. The code is embedded in the BIOS.

    Whan I logged on this morning it now states that Windows 10 Education is activated.
    Is this the normal status?
    My account is the head account I presume and I am not a student :-) 
    My daughter is but I do not see why this would be connected to her windows account (although she has a login too).
    And: if this is the normal status: should I leave it this way or upgrade and how?
