KINGSTON (SSD) not supported now in new (2020) Acer Nitro 5 AN515-54-5812

I just received  a new (2020) Acer Nitro 5 laptop in november. This is my baby and is very well taken care of. I went onto Acer Care Center and it says Hard Drive 2: KINGSTON (SSD) status: Not supported
This laptop was manufactured in 07/2020. Help please

    if you upgraded to ssd ie installed a new module then you need to initalise it after install. Your to vague tbh, more details would help

    sorry, When i received this it was already installed on there right from the manufacture.
    Acer Nitro 5 AN515-54-5812
    i5-9300H
    16 GB RAM
    GTX 1650 
  • Check if ssd is online in windows disk management.
