Help! Lag spikes while gaming and casual browsing nitro 5 AN515-54-54W2

I have a acer nitro 5 AN515-54-54W2, got less then a year ago. Ever since I got it i have been experiencing some lag spikes/issues on games like Black Ops 3 and Warzone every few seconds, its very unplayable due to the lag not fps.(pretty much any game) I don't know what else to do anymore so I came to the acer community to find out an answer. Thank you

Everything is set to high performance(AC/Battery) Ant suggestions would be nice.

Did you check if your CPU/GPU temperature going to 90°C or near while gaming?

Tempature never hits 90, the most it goes up to is 67 while playing warzone.

Follow these steps-

1. Right Click on your desktop

2. Click NVIDIA Control Panel

3. Click Manage 3D Settings on the left menu

4. Click the drop down menu for Preferred graphics processor under the Global Settings tab

5. Select High-performance NVIDIA processor from the list

6. Click Apply to save your changes.

7. Play your games and check

-Nvidia software optimization settings-

You need to follow these steps:-
1) Open up the NVIDIA Control Panel and select “Manage 3D Settings,” then look for then set-

• Low Latency Mode – Ultra
• Power Management Mode – Prefer maximum performance
• Texture filtering – Quality :– High Performance
• Pre-rendered Frames – Set 1
• Max Frame rate - Off
• Shader cache - On
• Ambient occlusion - should be turned ON and selected to Performance
• DSR-Factors - Off
• Threaded optimization - Auto
• Vertical sync - Off
• Multi-Frame Sampled AA - Off
• Antialiasing Gamma correction - On

Now apply and exit

2) Turn off link state power management

• Open your advanced power plan settings
• Scroll down and expand PCI Express and Link State Power Management
• Turn off link state power management off under plugged in(as you see in screenshot)
• Apply and ok

I did that still same issue. I literally join a server and have a 40-50 ping then momments later it jumps to 100-200 PING makes it very unplayable. Starting to give up on this laptop

It may be your network issue or server issue.
You shoud play any offline game then check if problem solve or not

I can play offline mode no problems with lag or stuttering/freezing. Only when  I play online I have this issue. It cant be my network because I am straight wired with ethernet. My PS4 is hooked up to ethernet as well and has no such issues. I thought it was a bios or driver or something like that, I just dont know what to do anymore. I download all the bios/driver/application off acer site using my serial number to find the drivers but there like literally 20+ drivers and I believe most of them are outdated. plz help @GAMING6698
