My CPU fan is running at around 152 degrees Fahrenheit on Nitrosense, why?

Ive tried changing the power plan settings both AC and battery to balance, and lowering the CPU slider, and putting my laptop on a flat surface (yes I used a pillow before but now I know not to) but nothing has worked to make the fan heat lower. Any help?

Yeah I am pretty sure your cooling vents are blocked. Using laptops on a pillow sucks in lint and all sorts of dust from the fabric which caogulates into a gunk that blocks your vents. The hot air can no longer escape, causing the internal temperatures to rise. Put your hand where the hot air is supposed to be coming out. Do you feel anything? Most probably you want. If that is the case, open up your laptop and open up the cooling unit and clean the vents. If you are under warranty, then have it opened by an Acer technician. Contact customer care or go to your nearest Certified Acer Service Centre. Lemme know how it turns out
