ACER PREDATOR 300 PH317-54-75K8 Black Screen Problem?

Hey, My brand new ACER PREDATOR 300 PH317-54-75K8 Laptop I just bought a few days ago suddenly went completely black on the screen. It still loads up & I hear the Acer Predator sound but do not see the symbol or screen. The keyboard RGB lights pop up though. Also when hooked to a TV via HDMII it shows the screen that way. I also shined a flashlight and can see a picture on my monitor where the light is shined but the picture is so black you can't see without the flashlight. I haven't tried a battery or computer reset cause I am unsure where the reset button is on this laptop? I also have downloaded the Bios install file for this laptop but was unsure whether to use that yet. Does anyone know of a fix for this or am I going to have to go through the return process? Thanks.
