What should I do if an error(BSOD) happens and a code shows "UNEXPECTED STORE EXCEPTION"?

Instead of shutting Windows down normally, simply log out instead. Then shut Windows down from the login screen. That should take care of any temporary files that might've caused the BSOD screen on the next boot. Jack E/NJ

Can you give me steps how to do that?..
I'm very sorry for asking too much...I'm not pro at this

Click on the Windows start menu icon in lower left corner. Click on your username instead of the power button. Click sign out. Click on the login screen that appears. Instead of entering your password, click on the power button icon in the lower right corner. Then click shutdown. Jack E/NJ
