Hello, I have seen a lot of posts on the subject and I cannot find the solution, first of all I have a laptop "Acer f5-573G-57U9", I never had a similar problem before, a few hours ago I was playing online and when I closed the game I started to surf the internet with peace of mind when suddenly the laptop went to suspension, when I started it again it no longer had WIFi, I looked in device manager but the wifi device disappeared, it should appear "Qualcomm Atheros QCA9377 Wireless Network Adapter" but nothing appears.

I have tried with various drivers, including the official of this website https://www.acer.com/ac/sv/SE/content/support-product/6739?b=1&pn=NX.GFLAL.003

I have tried restoring the system/so to an earlier point(a week) but it did not work either.

But it doesn't work, it still doesn't appear, I'm using ethernet in the meantime but I need the wifi.

For security I always have a backup of old drivers, but they are .inf and since it does not appear in the administrator I cannot install them, if someone knows any method!!

HELP!!

just turn off the computer for half an hour, (turn off completely, do not restart) and then turn on, that is what fix the problem
