Acer Aspire 7 A715-75G-56GB doesn't wake up from sleep mode

Hi everyone,

Only two months ago, I bought a new Acer Aspire 7. Now, whenever it is in sleep mode it doesn't turn back on again. The only way seems to be forcing it to shut down and turning it back on again. This is really annoying, as my laptop is only months old. My question is what the best thing to do is whenever it doesn't turn on (my keyboard lights do turn on) and what the best thing to do is whenever I got it to work again (like can I install an update or something). I found a lot of information about other Acer laptops dealing with sleep mode problems, but I didn't want to risk doing the wrong thing and I couldn't find out what to do on my specific laptop.

    Disable screen auto-turning off from power settings (not sleep), restart and your sleep problem will be solved :)
