My laptop shutdown few minutes after plugged out - E5-576g-517z

My laptop (E5-576g-517z) shutsdown few minutes when plugged out..even it has more than 80% battery remaining.And when after this happened it won't start back until i plugged in the power.I have no idea how to fix this problem ...Please help me..
And also i noticed it doesn't charged fully no mattter how long i plugged in the power

    Try to reseat battery connector. You need to disassembly bottom cover.

    Unscrew the screws and remove the bottom cover of the device. Then you will see connector of battery, disconnected and reconnected again and see if that help you.

    most likely, the battery is dead.
  • Check the battery for wear with the hwinfo64 program.
