Acer Aspire A515-54-708W MAXIMUM Memory

I have the Acer Aspire 5-A515-54-708W (MFG 2019/11/01)
Just wondering what the maximum memory is? i tried commands and even cpuz. 

wmic memphysical get MaxCapacity, MemoryDevices says: MaxCapacity  MemoryDevices=33554432     2.               
this says max memory would be 32gb?

when i first bought this back in march 2020, i had 512gb nvme. i've turned on my laptop. first i booted to winpe and made an image. installed it to a 2gb nvme drive. everything else is stock spec. 


question is: where is the 2nd memory module? under on opposite side of motherboard (mobo)? or is this command and cpuz saying a lie? thanks! i'm wanting to make it the max spec possible.

Yes, one memory socket has a soldered RAM module on the opposite side of the mainboard. This is usually 4GB DDR4 RAM and NOT replaceable. The other side a one replaceable memory socket that can take up to a 16GB DDR4 module for a total of 20GB RAM maximum possible together with the 4GB soldered RAM. Jack E/NJ
