Recently my old charger (ADP-135 KB T) died, and I have bought a replacement.
OUTPUT: 7,1 ampere, 19V
Input, 100-240V - 1,9A ampere - 50-60 Herz
ADP-135KB T Acer 19V 71A 135W 5517mm Slim Laptop ac adapter

My replacement charger (Haven't used it yet) - ADP 135 KB th
OUTPUT: Amp 7,1, 19V
INPUT: 100-240V - 2,5A - 50-60 Herz
ACER ADP-135KB T REV 03 19V 71A 135 Watt Adapter Amazoncouk Electronics
At the amount I am a bit terrified if I can use the replacement charger without harming my Gamer laptop's battery. The name is nearly identical, but still I am unsure

As long as the plug polarity icons on the labels are the same, should be fine. The new charger may run a bit hotter than the old one since it draws about a third more amps from the mains. Jack E/NJ
