Long story short, my wife closed her Spin 3 (SP314-53N-77AJ) screen directly into the pen & crushed the screen; after replacing the digitizer, touch works, but the pen won't do anything. I'm wondering if she can just use her current pen with this replacement: https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/model/NX.A4FAA.001

I've tried contacting the screen seller, with no luck.

Thanks for any help...

Acer shows two part numbers for the pen, it looks like they purchased from two different vendors: NC.23811.06F and NC.23811.06Q. Search on those numbers to try and see if they're the same...

Thanks, @billsey. I eventually was able to speak with an Acer customer service rep and, apparently, this pen is ONLY compatible with the EXACT version of the Spin 3 that I have and was directed to this page; I hope that helps someone else.

So the Maxeye design, but either of those two numbers should work, even though they don't show the second in the table.

No idea... all I know is that if anyone out there buys a Spin 3 with an Active Pen, with the hopes that when the laptop dies the pen could live on, they will be in for a rude awakening.
