My Acer Nitro 7 AN715-51-74S3 is in boot loop

So i started up my pc and it stays stuck on the acer logo, if i try to hard boot it gets me a black screen. How can i fix this why still keeping my data because of a portfolio i really can't afford to lose now?

    Carlorare, I think without losing any files you can do a power reset, but since these new machines do not have a reset pinhole any longer you just have to turn completely off the unit and disconnected form the charger and press the power button for 12 seconds, then connected back to the charger and try again, if that doesn't work, you might have to go with the losing files option and reset your unit to factory settings (I think you can try t reset without losing files 1st in an option that the settings will give you), here is the link to the steps you have to follow to perform the ALT+F10 reset

    1. Try booting up via a Live USB (linux), mounting drive, and getting files.
    2. Take this hard disk out, put it into an enclosure that allows for connecting via USB, connect to another system and get your data out.

    And please, like I always keep telling... DO NOT KEEP DATA FILES ON THE SAME HARD DISK AS WINDOWS. Windows 10 the most flaky OS I have ever come across in terms of stability. Map your documents folders to a drive outside of windows drive.
