I would like to add an NVMe SSD to my computer as the boot drive.  In order to do so, I will need a screw (and possibly an offset screw) to secure the SSD to the motherboard.  When I purchased the drive, I was told that I can't just use any screw, it must be a screw for an Acer motherboard.  I have seen numerous M.2 screw kits on Amazon, but they appear to be mostly for ASUS motherboards.  I can't imagine that these screws are not universal.  Can someone please confirm of deny that the ASUS screws will fit the Acer motherboard.  Thank you.

The screw size is standard for M.2, not specific to the Acer. IIRC it's an M2x3 though they usually have a wider head than the typical M2 screw.
