During loading up my computer loads into the predator logo once it reaches that point it freezes up the circle loading. I have cleared the cmos but hasn’t helped and I have restarted the computer countless of times.

The Preparing Automatic Repair is a sign there's something going on that's blocking the boot process. Typically that's something like a corrupted driver or an issue with the boot image. If you boot to a Windows install flash drive you can go into the Repair environment to take a look at what's going on. Check to make sure the partitions are all there and use SFC and DISM to verify the OS isn't corrupted.
