Hello, so this has been quite an annoying ongoing issue for some time. When I attempt to plug my headset into the 3.5 mm jack, audio will come out of it, but it will not pick up my microphone. It will not even detect it in the recording tab of sounds. I just factory reset my PC a few hours ago because of this and it is still an ongoing issue. The windows microphone permissions tab is all good. I can't attempt to open the Realtek audio manager or the console because they just refuse to open. I am currently using a 3.5 mm to USB converter but the quality is limited to DVD quality on both the microphone and the sound and there are no options to set it any higher. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

    Hello @Desae

I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with your unit, I recommend you try to reinstall and check for updates for Chipset, Serial IO and audios drivers, you can find the drivers in the Acer drivers and manuals page.

If the issue persists I recommend you to contact your local Acer Support.

    Regards,
