My acer switch 7 BE (SW713-51GNP) keeps on crashing (BSOD)
Hello, my acer switch 7 BE goes BSOD on stop error code WHEA_UNCORRECTIBLE_ERROR from time to time. Sometimes it happens few minutes after log in to desktop and sometimes happens at unexpected moments. I have read online about this error and fixes but nothing seems to get it right. I have already send it back to the repair center, which links to acer hq. They said they had the motherboard and ssd changed and even get the driver updated, but it came back continuing to have the same problem. So, I guess this might be the hardware driver problem.
Then, some forum from the internet had suggested to check the Event Viewer, and look for errors alike, and I found out the critical error reports are about kernel power id 41. The site suggests me to disable the audio driver, and it seemed to work. No bsod so far only when I disable the audio driver Realtek High Definition Audio(SST). A red 'x' icon appear on the sound/speaker icon on the taskbar.
Now I'm continuing to do my work without any audio and is it disappointing. Is there anyway to fix this? Anyone experiencing the same?
p/s: sorry for no response on my previous post especially on unrelated topics.
