RGB light sense on my Predator CG7 stopped working

NadeMagnetNadeMagnet Member Posts: 3 New User
I have had it on static for weeks and it worked just fine. I wanted to try out star mode. As soon as I clicked star, all lights shut off and RGB light sense gave me a "no supported device" message. I tried to bypass the light sense software by enabling lights in the OSD with the remote and that won't turn the lights on. Is there a way to reflash the RGB chip in the monitor? RMA a 43 inch monitor just for LED lights is soooo not an option, even if I already had another monitor to use in the meantime. So I'm hoping one of you knows a fix. I've only had this thing since the end of summer so you can imagine I'm a seriously annoyed to be dealing with something like this already.
