Predator CG7 and Xbox Series X not working at 120FPS

MJVP726MJVP726 Member Posts: 2 New User
Bought the CG7 (4K, 144hz, 1ms) monitor thinking it would match up with the new Xbox series x. However, the monitor is not performing at either 4K/120FPS or 1440/120FPS. The only way the monitor will allow 120FPS gameplay would be at 1080p. Any suggestions?

I feel like I wasted my money with the monitor. HELP!

I am experiencing the same issue. Any help here? I tried a bunch of settings changes on the monitor. I even tried “4K-144Hz Mode”. Which I know is for display port connections but was hoping that might trigger something for the Xbox. But it did not

Same. It did nothing. I really regret buying this monitor. 😭
