I have an Acer nitro 5 515-54 (8gb RAM, 1TB HDD), which I bought at the starting of June. within a week of buying... it started to overheat and was terribly slow with hard disk usage being 100% while idle. on the 31st of June... I approached the customer service who replaced the hard drive stating faulty hard drive. after replacement... I could use it again but again within a week it slowed quite considerably. I raised another ticket with the customer care who came home and replaced the hard drive again. Immediately after 2 weeks of the second replacement... the problems started again.
also the laptop takes about 10 mins to start responding after booting up.
Any help is appreciated. thank u.
