Acer nitro 5 motherboard issue Acer nitro 5 AN515-54
I currently have an Acer nitro 5 AN515-54 with core i5 and gtx 1650. I recently contacted them about my laptop because I had an issue that the laptop would not turn on. They replied to me in 2 days by saying that I have a problem with the motherboard and also it will not come under warranty because I had opened the backplate and applied new thermals. I really don't know anything about the thermal paste. Also when I purchased the laptop there was no warranty sticker at the bottom. The only proof I had was the invoice of the laptop. But then days after they are just making more and more excuses so that I have to pay for the motherboard. But in real sense I have not even touched the backplate. Day before yesterday they told me that they spotted a problem they saw the CPU and the GPU with grey colour thermal paste which is normal but they saw 4 other places near the CPU with pink colour paste. They said that this was not by us and was pasted by a third party. Hence the warranty is void. Can anyone please help me with this problem??
