Hi there.

I have bought a brand new Laptop Acer Aspire 5 A515-44 (NX.HW3EX.002) with AMD Ryzen™ 5 4500U CPU, 15.6", Full HD, 8GB, 256GB SSD, AMD Integrated Grphics, No OS, Black.
Installed a new genuine Windows 10 and then downloaded the video drivers from the support page https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/support-product/8370?b=1
The only app I installed was "Google Chrome Browser"...Nothing else.

Problems:
1. with the drivers installed, windows takes 1minute and 50 seconds to start up.
Removing the drivers fixes the issue, getting down to 15 seconds boot time. I have the latest BIOS version 1.09.
Another workaround for fixing boot time was to disable IOMMU from BIOS. Don't ask me why this fixes the startup issue...it probably creates other issues.

2. getting into google meetings with less than 10 participants, speedtest is over 80Mbps(connected with cable), latency is under 40ms, I don't have lost packages.
Many of the participant videos are scrambled and unwatchable. I had to turn off "Use hardware acceleration when available" in Chrome in order to see the videos. Another fix for this issue was to open up “chrome://flags”, look for  ‘Choose ANGLE graphics backend’ flag and set it to OpenGL (it was on Default)
This issue was present with old and new drivers too.

PS. My 10 years old Acer Aspire 7738G boots in 20 seconds from an SSD and the same meeting is showing all videos flawlessly (signed in from both laptops onto the same meetings for a test)

Took me 4 days to find this workarounds. Can't belive Acer is NOT aware of this issue. PLEASE FIX THEM!!! You guys have my contact details, mail me if you need more details.
