Hello guys. I have a trouble about bluetooth driver. I can't connect any devices to my pc using bluetooth. When I want to add devices my phone says "Can't connect DESKTOR-3ESUQEL". Then I tried other phone and said this. Last week I successfully connected my phone and used bluetooth talking with my pc. But now I can't even connect my phone. What can I do? I removed my phone then tried to add several times but it didn't work. I tried using old driver but it didn't worked too.
PC: AN515-54
Bluetooth Driver ver.: 22.0.0.2

Press the F3 key or F3 and Fn keys together after you reboot and login into windows, see if that activates your Bluetooth, if not then reinstall the correct and newest drivers for your WiFi/BT card. Btw first just uninstall the driver in “Device Manager” and reboot then press the "F" keys and see if that works, if it doesn’t work then completely uninstall both WiFi and BT drivers and reinstall the new drivers, try that and let us know, as WiFi/BT crds and their drivers are very reliable and that should not be happening.

I've got the Acer Nitro AN515-54 so the same as you i believe

I had this issue last night and it was driving me nuts, i fixed it by installing new drivers from intel & acer (i got both just incase even though i'm not sure thats what fixed the problem). Then i updated my windows to the latest (took about 10 mins to download and install) and then i done a full battery reset, some laptops have pinhole on the back to do that but mine didn't so i had to turn the laptop off, then hold the power button for 12 seconds (it doesnt turn on intentionally) then leave it for 15 mins and then plug it back in to and turn it back on while following what someone said on another post which was

"BIOS default: After power drain is done, power on the unit, but as soon as you power on the unit keep pressing the F2 key so that it take you to BIOS page.
Press F9 and press Enter than press F10 and press Enter. the unit will restart"

And finally after all of that my bluetooth came back!

I hope this helps because this problem was madness!
