Screen flickering with green color

Hey guys, I am having screen flickering problems with my ACER Nitro 5 laptop. Some green thing flashes for a split second and disappears I dont know whats causing it. I tried updating drivers and also resetting the battery using a pin on the back of the laptop. It doesn't seem to fix it. Do I have to change the display?

    Hi,
    You could try connecting to an external display with a HDMI cable, if the display is better in the external monitor, you may have a damaged cable or the panel, you have to check the cable first for any damage or loose connection, if the cable is damaged replace the cable, if it's not you have to replace the panel.

    I have the same problem with my Nitro 5. It flickers and sometimes the screen crashes/freezes. And then there times where it goes back to normal again. I need help with this.
